Americans are the 3 O's...overworked, overweight, and overwhelmed- and personal trainers are needed now more than ever. TRF provides individual as well as group fitness training. Our boot camp is an intensive, vigorously led, completely interactive training program. You encounter an intense physical training experience that will leave you looking and feeling great.
For our one-on-one clients, we create dynamic exercise programs based upon each individual's personal goals and fitness level. Every session is structured to build cardiovascular endurance, improve strength and increase flexibility. In addition, we provide basic nutrition recommendations to help improve eating habits, make healthier food choices, and stay within the individual's caloric budget.
